I told you kid 3 was a math genius and very fixated on money and its value. This morning he got up and his dad was gone.
B: Where's dad?
Me: He had to go in to work today.
B: Again???
Me: Yep. Probably for a while 'cuz his boss is gone and he's having to fill in for a few weeks, so he's got a lot of work to do.
B: Wait, dad's in charge?
Me: Yep.
B: So does that mean he's getting a bigger paycheck or something?
I'm thinking of asking B to handle some of my investsments and maybe overhaul our portfolio entirely. I'm quite certain the kid will make me very, very rich.
